The people here are very nice and help you in any problems that you might have they clean their rooms very clean

Location was right on our travel path.

We didn't take time to have breakfast there. We took a couple bananas for our trip home on the last day. I liked the price compared to staying in Joplin. On our return trip we stayed in the large three-bed room and felt like elitists. The facilities are dated, but the owners keep everything in repair. The owners or managers are friendly and accommodating.

Did not stay it was so smelly I couldn’t take it

The staff was accommodating, the bed was comfortable, and I was able to sleep really well.

The room was clean and was of acceptable size. The bathroom had a small counter next to the sink. The towels were clean and the bed was clean and comfortable. WIFI was good and responsive. There were a few restaurants within walking distance.
